结合《素问·灵兰秘典论》浅谈对藏象学说教学的思考

摘　　要：藏象学说是中医基础理论中最重要的内容,也是中医颇具特色的重要学说。藏象学说将人体的五脏六腑、四肢百骸、经络气血串联成体系,完美地诠释了整体观念,中医诊治疾病时的辨证论治也是在藏象学说的基础上展开的。藏象学说在院校中医教育中多为第一学期课程内容,学生在理解上往往会存在难点,这将影响对中医基础理论整体观的理解,正所谓“基础不牢,地动山摇”。中医经典巨著《黄帝内经》中有许多论述藏象的篇目,其中《素问·灵兰秘典论》有一段极具特点的论述,很形象地反映了脏腑功能。笔者通过学习《素问·灵兰秘典论》,对藏象学说有一些简单而形象的认识,比较容易解释一些抽象问题,便于低年级学生理解。仅从中医学生视角出发,浅谈对藏象学说教学的新思考,望能对教学设计及学生们理解有所启发。The theory of visceral manifestations is the most important content in the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is also an important theory with distinctive characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.The theory of visceral manifestations connects the five internal organs of the human body,the limbs,the bones,and the meridian qi and blood in a system,which perfectly interprets the overall concept.The syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment is also based on the theory of visceral manifestations.The theory of visceral manifestations is mostly the first semester course content in college Chinese medicine education,and students often have difficulties in understanding,which will affect the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The understanding of the holistic view is exactly what is called“the foundation is not strong,and the ground is shaken.”There are many articles on visceral manifestations in the classic Chinese medicine masterpiece Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor.Among them,Suwen·Linglan Secrets has a very characteristic The discussion is a vivid reflection of the function of the viscera.The author has learned some simple and visual understanding of the theory of visceral manifestations by studying Suwen·Linglan Secrets,it is easier to explain some abstract problems,and it is easier for lower grade students to understand From the perspective of Chinese medical students,authors will discuss new thinking on the teaching of theory of visceral manifestations,hoping to inspire the teaching design and understanding of students.
