综合疗法对慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者胃肠激素及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中医综合疗法对慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者胃肠激素及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月中国医科大学附属盛京医院消化内科收治的慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者62例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组予以中药辨证治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联用穴位贴敷。治疗结束后对比分析2组临床疗效、胃肠激素水平[(胃动素(Motilin,MOT)、胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)、生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)、、表皮生长因子(epidermal growthfactor receptor,EGF)及生长激素(growth hormone,GH)]、免疫功能[可溶性白介素-2受体(Soluble interleukin 2 receptor,sIL-2R)、CD4+T细胞百分比、CD8+T细胞百分比、CD4+T/CD8+T值]水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率为93.55%(29/31),对照组总有效率为70.97%(22/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组MOT、GAS、GH水平升高,SS、EGF水平降低(P<0.05);且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组sIL-2R、CD8+T水平较低,CD4+T、CD4+/CD8+水平较高,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总不良反应发生率为9.68%(3/31),对照组总不良反应发生率为12.90%(4/31),2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医综合疗法治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者能够提高疗效,通过调节机体胃肠激素水平,下调sIL-2R水平,从而调节胃肠功能以及机体免疫功能,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on gastrointestinal hormones and immune function in patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis admitted to the department of gastroenterology of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,and the experimental group received more with acupoint application.After treatment,clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormone levels[Motilin(MOT),Gastrin(GAS),Somatostatin(SS),and epidermal growthfactor were compared and analyzed between the two groups Receptor(EGF),growth hormone(GH),and immune function[Soluble interleukin 2 receptor]Receptor,sIL-2R),percentage of CD4+T cells,percentage of CD8+T cells,CD4+T/CD8+T value]levels and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.55%(29/31),and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.97%(22/31),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MOT,GAS and GH were increased,while the levels of SS and EGF were decreased(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sIL-2R and CD8+T were lower in the two groups,while the levels of CD4+T and CD4+/CD8+were higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse reactions was 9.68%(3/31)in the experimental group and 12.90%(4/31)in the control group,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis can improve the curative effect,regulate the gastrointestinal hormone level and down regulate the level of sIL-2R,so as to regulate the gastrointestinal function and im
