摘 要:在具备新风功能的变频列车空调工程实践中,针对强电磁干扰对新风阀开度的影响,提出一种利用新风阀执行器的电机恒速驱动特性实现的新风阀开度开环驱动控制方法。通过试验验证,该控制方法能够实现新风阀开度精确控制,不需要开度给定信号和位置反馈信号;引入“养护运行”模式,提高设备可用性;利用智能堵转间隔检测,有助于新风阀的维护,判断新风阀被阻塞的位置。During the engineering practice of train frequency-conversion air-conditioning,the strong magnetic interference has impact on the opening degree of fresh air valve.One open-loop drive control method of fresh air valve’s opening degree based on the motor constant speed driving characteristic of fresh air valve actuator is proposed.Through test verification,it shows that the control method can realize the precise control of fresh air valve’s opening degree,without the opening degree given signal and the position feedback signal.The introduce of the maintenance operation mode can improve the usability of device.Using the intelligent detection of locked rotor interval,it helps to the usage and maintenance,and the determination of the blocked position of the fresh air valve.
