废胶膜纸用于刨花板制备研究

摘　　要：采用废浸渍胶膜纸作为胶黏剂替代部分脲醛树脂制备刨花板,探索了废胶膜纸添加量、添加位置以及废胶膜纸尺寸对刨花板理化性能(静曲强度、弹性模量、内结合强度、2 h吸水厚度膨胀率、甲醛释放量)的影响。结果表明,废胶膜纸可以作为胶黏剂替代部分脲醛树脂制备合格刨花板;添加到刨花板芯层的效果优于添加到刨花板表层;片状废胶膜纸的效果优于粉末状废胶膜纸。本研究使用15%的片状废胶膜纸(预固化度为50%)替代约3%的脲醛树脂加入到芯层刨花中,所制备的刨花板满足P2型干燥状态下家具用刨花板的要求,但加入废胶膜纸后刨花板的甲醛释放量会增加。In this study,the waste impregnated decorative paper was used as adhesive to replace part of urea formaldehyde resin and added in the particleboard.The effects of different contents and sizes of waste impregnated decorative paper filling at different places of particleboard on the physical and chemical properties(modulus of rupture,modulus of elasticity,internal bonding strength,2 h thickness swelling,and formaldehyde emission)of the particleboard were investigated.The results showed that:the waste impregnated decorative paper can be used as adhesive to replace part of urea formaldehyde resin to prepare qualified particleboard,but the addition should be higher than theoretical resin content.The waste impregnated decorative paper filling in the core layer of particleboard performed better than that filling in the surface layer,while the flakes performed better than the powders.In this study,adding 15%flake waste impregnated decorative paper with precuring degree of 50%to replace 3%urea-formaldehyde resin in the core layer of particleboard was obtained.The physical and chemical properties of particleboard could meet requirements of P2 type of particleboard for furniture grade used in dry condition.However,after adding waste impregnated decorative paper,the formaldehyde emission of particleboard increased.
