新型冠状病毒肺炎期间北京120院外急救发热病例临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析2020年新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间北京院外急救发热病例的临床特征,探索急救调度识别新型冠状病毒感染相关人员的途径与方法,提高院外急救服务质量和防护意识,降低院内感染等。方法收集2020年1月20日—2月20日期间北京120院外急救病例资料,并与2019年同期数据进行对比。结果2020年1月20日—2月20日北京市院外急救共38800例,其中发热4555例,占11.73%;2019年同期北京120急救共37527例,其中发热1435例,占3.82%,同期对比有显著差异(P<0.001)。2020年发热病例中男女比例无差异;19~45岁年龄组最多,占37.89%;以低热病例为主,伴随症状中咳嗽最为多见。结论2020年北京120院外急救发热病例较2019年同期显著增多,其临床特征与COVID-19相似,需要急救调度人员追问是否为来自疫区的人员、是否有接触史等加以甄别,提高院外急救人员防护意识,防控疫情发展。Objective To explore the clinical features of patients with fever serviced by Beijing Emergency Medcal Cen‐ter during COVID19 in Beijing,and analyze the methods for dispatcher recognize the person with COVID-19 infec‐tion,and enhance the protection awareness of EMS staff.Methods Data of fever cases serviced by Beijing 120 EMS were collected from January 20 to February 20,2020,and compared with the same period of 2019.Results A total of 38800 cases were collected in Beijing 120,of them,4555 cases(11.73%)were fever;while 37527 cases at the same period in 2019,1435(3.82%)cases were fever.There was no significant difference between male and female,the mid‐dle-aged and young people were the most,and mainly were low fever cases accompanying symptoms with cough.Con⁃clusion There were significantly increased during COVID in 2020 compared with the same period in 2019,dispatcher should ask more questions for recognize the person with COVID-19 infection before dispatch ambulance to improve the protection awareness of EMS,and control develop of COVID-19 infection.
