摘　　要：校长是学校的领导者和管理者,决定着学校发展的前进方向,对教师以及学生的发展至关重要。为此,对校长进行有效的教育培养、持续提升其专业文化水平和管理能力、建设一支高素质的校长队伍已成为了教育发展的共识。丽水是“两山”理念的实践先锋,我们正走在“两山”之路(高质量绿色发展道路)的“示范区”,丽水市结合区域发展的现状,贯彻“两山”理念,依托“绿谷名校长”培养工程,以培养名校长、教育管理名家为目标,通过创新培养手段,将丽水地区乃至全国的优质资源进行整合后,实施“绿谷名校长”培养工程,着力培养一支在“两山”理念下,能够为丽水经济社会发展做出巨大贡献的、政治理论扎实、管理能力较强的名校长队伍。Headmaster of a school is the leader and manager,who determines the direction of the school development,and is very important for the development of teachers and students.Therefore,it has become a consensus that to education development,the effective education and training of them intended for continuously improving their professional level and management ability,and build a high-quality team of headmasters is essential.Lishui is both the place of origin and pioneering practice for“two mountains”idea.We are walking on the “demonstration area” of“two mountains”, that is high-quality green development road. Based on the concept of“two mountains”and the green valley famous headmasters fostering project, with the current of the situation development of Lishui areas, the city focuses on building a team of famous principals who can make great contributions to the economic development of Lishui with solid political theory, strong management ability and rich knowledge by the ways of innovative training means with the goal of training famous principals and education management by using of high-quality resources of Lishui region and even the whole country.
