企业集团化对全要素生产率的影响——来自制造业上市公司的经验证据

摘　　要：基于2007—2017年A股制造业上市公司数据,系统地研究了企业集团化对全要素生产率的影响。研究发现:企业集团化显著提高了全要素生产率水平。在影响机制上,企业集团化一方面通过缓解融资约束为成员企业提供资金支持,提升企业投资效率与创新投入;另一方面通过内部知识共享推动成员企业的技术创新进而提高全要素生产率。进一步研究发现,国有企业集团化对全要素生产率产生显著的正向影响,而非国有企业集团化的估计结果并不显著。同时在金融发展水平低的地区,国有企业集团化更有效地发挥了内部融资功能。该研究试图从组织架构角度为探究制造业企业如何朝高质量发展提供借鉴意义。Based on the data of listed A-share manufacturing companies from 2007 to 2017,this paper systematically studies the impact of enterprise collectivization on total factor productivity.The results show that the enterprise collectivization has significantly improved the level of total factor productivity.In terms of influence mechanism,an enterprise group provides financial support for the member enterprises by alleviating financing constraints,and improves investment efficiency and innovation input of enterprises;on the other hand,it promotes technological innovation of the member enterprises through internal knowledge sharing and thus promotes total factor productivity.Further research shows that the collectivization of state-owned enterprises has a significant positive impact on total factor productivity,while the estimated result of the collectivization of non-state-owned enterprises is not significant.At the same time,in the regions with a low level of financial development,the collectivization of state-owned enterprises has played a more effective role in internal financing.This study attempts to provide reference for manufacturing enterprises to explore how to develop towards high-quality from the perspective of organizational structure.
