丁苯酞联合注射用脑蛋白水解物对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及脑血管储备能力的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞联合注射用脑蛋白水解物对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及脑血管储备能力的影响。方法选择2014年7月至2016年10月收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者于发病24 h内给予丁苯酞治疗,观察组患者于发病的24 h内给予丁苯酞联合尤尼泰治疗。对比2组患者的治疗效果,观察2组患者神经功能损伤评分、脑血管储备能力的变化情况以及致残率和并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率为96.67%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后神经功能损伤评分均出现不同程度降低,且观察组降低程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者脑血管储备能力均出现不同程度改善,且观察组患者优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组患者致残率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合尤尼泰治疗急性脑梗死效果更好,且可明显改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能及脑血管储备能力,同时可降低患者的致残率和并发症发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of butylphthalide combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection(Unitai)on the neurological function and cerebrovascular reserve in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from July 2014 to October 2016 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by butylphthalide within 24 hours of onset,however,the patients in observation group were treated with butylphthalide combined with Unitai within 24 hours of onset.After treatment,the therapeutic effects,and the changes of neurological damage score,cerebrovascular reserve capacity,disability rate and incidence rate of complication were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the total effective rate in observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that(80.00%)in control group(P<0.05).And of the neurological damage scores in both groups were decreased,moreover,the decrease degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment the cerebrovascular reserve capacity in both groups was improved at different degrees,moreover,which in observation group was superior to that in control group.In addition the disability rate and the incidence rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with Unitai has better therapeutic effects on acute cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve the neurological function and cerebrovascular reserve capacity of patients,moreover,which can reduce the disability rate and the incidence rate of complication,therefor,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
