铸铁熔炼使用碳化硅的几点体会

摘　　要：在采用废钢添加增碳剂已能普遍生产出合格的灰铸铁、蠕墨铸铁、可锻铸铁、球墨铸铁的情况下,通过加入碳化硅,使氧化铁得到还原,增加和细化晶粒,减少了白口倾向,使材料得到理想的金相组织和力学性能;认为在实际生产中,增碳剂与碳化硅同时使用,效果会更好。Under the condition that qualifed gray cast iron,vermicular cast iron,malleable cast iron and ductile cast iron can be generally produced by adding recarburizer to scrap steel,iron oxide can be reduced by adding silicon carbide to increase and refne grain size,reduce the tendency of white opening,and make the material obtain ideal metallographic structure and mechanical properties.It is believed that the efect will be better if the recarburizer and silicon carbide are used together in the actual production.
