摘　　要：对市场上以天然矿物标本销售的“七彩矿”进行了X射线粉晶衍射、红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜的测试,结果表明“七彩矿”是一种表面附着着一层二氧化硅的碳化硅,是一种人工合成材料。其来源可能是高温制备碳化硅磨料时产生的一种无法作为磨料使用的工业废料。碳化硅表面的二氧化硅是一种晶态与非晶态的混合物,“七彩矿”的颜色可能是薄膜干涉形成的假色。The XRD,IR and SEM tests of"color ore"sold as natural mineral specimens in the market were carried out.The results show that"colorful ore"is a kind of silicon carbide with a layer of silicon dioxide on the surface uniformly.It is a kind of artificial synthetic material.The source of"colorful ore"may be a kind of industrial waste which can not be used as abrasives when preparing silicon carbide abrasives at high temperature.The silicon dioxide on the surface of silicon carbide is a mixture of crystalline and amorphous states.The color of"colorful ore"may be false color formed by interference of thin film.
