摘　　要：燃煤电厂湿法烟气脱硫过程中,脱硫设备正常运行与否是影响机组安全环保稳定运行的关键之一。本文主要针对某电厂湿法烟气脱硫中出现的除雾器结垢、脱硫塔内壁结垢,导致锅炉降负荷运行等异常情况进行分析研究,并通过相关措施进行改进优化。In the process of wet flue gas desulfurization in coal-fired power plant,the normal operation of desulfurization equipment is one of the key factors affecting the safety,environmental protection and stable operation of the unit.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the abnormal conditions such as scale formation of mist eliminator and scale formation on the inner wall of desulfurization tower,which lead to the operation of boiler load reduction in the process of wet flue gas desulfurization in a power plant,and makes improvement and optimization through relevant measures.
