摘　　要：真空蒸发制盐换热系统结垢是盐行业普遍存在的问题。通过元素分析、XRD和SEM/EDS等现代分析技术研究了换热器垢泥的理化性质,对真空制盐换热系统阻垢新技术的开发具有重要的意义。Scaling in vacuum evaporation salt system is a common problem in salt industry.The physical and chemical properties of heat exchanger sludge were studied by elemental analysis,XRD,SEM/EDS and other modern analysis techniques,which is of great significance to the development of new scale inhibition technology for vacuum salt production and heat exchange system.
