摘　　要：在回顾国内外关于预审员评价指标相关文献的基础上,对国内26名预审专家进行开放式访谈,基于胜任力冰山模型理论,构建了预审员评价指标体系(含纪律、知识、能力、个性四大维度);其中纪律维度包含4个特征:政治信念、文明办案、秉公执法、严守纪律;知识维度包含3个特征:法律法规、审讯知识、心理及相关知识;能力维度包含8个特征:沟通表达、应变能力、心理分析、逻辑分析、社会阅历、角色扮演、观察力、心理承受力;个性维度包含4个特征:价值观、意志信念、工作兴趣、合作意识。On the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign literatures on the evaluation indicators of an interrogator,this paper,based on the interview and the competency iceberg model theory,constructs the evaluation indicator system of an interrogator(including four dimensions of discipline,knowledge,ability and personality).The discipline dimension includes four characteristics:political beliefs,civilization,impartial law enforcement,and strict discipline;the knowledge dimension covers three characteristics:laws and regulations,interrogation knowledge,psychology and related knowledge;the ability dimension includes eight characteristics:communication and expression,adaptability,psychological analysis,logical analysis,social experience,role-playing,observation,and psychological endurance;the personality dimension includes four characteristics:values,will and belief,work interest,and sense of cooperation.
