摘　　要：数字经济时代,需要把握经济社会发展的新趋势,抓住新一轮科技产业革命带来的契机,采用数字技术推动产业数字化转型,加快产业链、价值链、供应链、创新链等融合发展,优化产业生态,推动产业组织创新。数字技术、数字经济、数字文化和数字基础设施共同构筑产业发展的数字生态,为产业链与产业集群的"多重嵌入"和融合发展提供了动力和平台,产业链与产业集群相互嵌入构建了产业生态圈,产业生态圈与创新生态链融合发展,形成产业链群生态体系。产业链群生态体系是以数字生态为平台、产业生态为核心、创新生态为动力、环境生态为背景的一种新型产业组织形态,具有互补性与合作性、根植性与聚集性、竞争性与演化性、多样性与层次性、开放性与共生性等特征。大数据、工业互联网、人工智能等数字技术能够直接驱动链群组织变革和创新,也能够通过改变企业生态位、加快组织创新、影响组织环境等途径推动产业链群生态体系演化,增强产业组织的环境适应能力。加快数字技术研发和应用,推进产业和产业组织数字化转型,构建产业链群生态体系,能够增强企业竞争优势,提升产业链供应链现代化水平和自主可控能力,提高产业国际竞争力,实现产业高质量发展。In the era of digital economy,we need to grasp the new trend of economic and social development,seize the opportunity brought by the new round of scientific and technological industrial revolution,use digital technology to promote the digital transformation of industry,accelerate the integrated development of industrial chain,value chain,supply chain and innovation chain,optimize the industrial ecology,and promote the innovation of industrial organization.Digital technology,digital economy,digital culture and digital infrastructure jointly construct the digital ecology of industrial development,which provides a driving force and platform for the"multiple embeddedness"and integrated development of industrial chain and industrial cluster.Industrial chain and industrial cluster are embedded in each other to build an industrial ecosystem.Industrial ecosystem and innovation ecosystem are integrated to form an industrial chain-cluster ecosystem(ICCE).ICCE is a new industrial organization form with digital ecology as the platform,industrial ecology as the core,innovation ecology as the driving force and environmental ecology as the background.It has the characteristics of complementarity and cooperation,embeddedness and aggregation,competitiveness and evolution,diversity and hierarchy,openness and symbiosis.Big data,industrial internet,artificial intelligence and other digital technologies can directly drive the organizational change of industrial chain group,and can also promote the evolution of ICCE and enhance the environmental adaptability of industrial organizations by changing enterprise niche,accelerating organizational innovation,and influencing organizational environment.Speeding up the R&D and application of digital technology,promoting the digital transformation of industry,and constructing the ICCE can enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises,enhance the modernization level and independent controllable ability of industrial chain supply chain,improve the international competitiveness of industry,and
