摘　　要：目的研究CINtecPLUS双染技术(p16/Ki67蛋白检测)在细胞学诊断结果为非典型鳞状细胞(ASC-US)患者分流中的应用价值。方法共收集本院2017至2019年间细胞学诊断结果为ASC-US的患者89例,年龄范围为25~78岁,平均年龄42岁。统计ASC-US患者的CINtecPLUS蛋白检测结果,并以宫颈活检结果为金标准,计算宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)的检出率。结果CINtec PLUS阳性66例,阴性23例,阳性率为74.16%。CINtecPLUS阳性组中CIN的检出率为92.42%(61/66),阴性组中CIN的检出率为17.39%(4/23),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CINtecPLUS法对细胞学诊断为ASC-US的患者分流具有一定临床应用价值,能提高CIN的检出率。Objective To study the application value of CINtec PLUS double staining technique(p16/Ki67 protein detection)in the cytological diagnosis of patients with atypical squamous of undermined significance(ASC-US).Methods Eighty-nine patients cytologically diagnosed with ASC-US were collected.They were 25-78 years old,with an average of 42.The patients'CINtec PLUS protein test results were counted.The cervical biopsy results were set as the gold standard,and the detection rate of cervical intraepithelial lesions was calculated.Results Sixty-six were positive and 23 negative in CINtec PLUS,with a positive rate of 74.16%.The detection rate of CIN was 92.42%(61/66)in the positive group,and was 17.39%(4/23)in the negative group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion CINtec PLUS has certain clinical application value for the cytological diagnosis of ASC-US patients,and can improve the detection rate of CIN.
