摘　　要：思想政治教育在高校教学工作中具有重要的作用,管理类专业的主干课程《企业战略管理》是一门研究制定、实施及评价战略、整体研究战略层次及战略管理过程的适用规律、基本原则和常用方法的课程。文章阐述了该课程的思政建设应将立德树人理念和社会主义核心价值体系贯穿于教学全过程,以实现思政育人和专业教学协同发展的目标。Ideological and political education plays an important role in the teaching work of colleges and universities.The main course of management major,enterprise strategic management,is a course that studies the formulation,implementation and evaluation of strategy,the overall study of the applicable laws,basic principles and common methods of the strategic level and strategic management process.This paper expounds that the ideological and political construction of the course should run through the whole teaching process with the idea of moral education and the socialist core value system.the construction strategies of Ideological and political education are as follows:to optimize the teaching process with"student-centered";the construction of curriculum ideological and political resources platform;the first classroom and the second classroom are combined organically;strengthen students’self-management and moral education examination;strengthen the moral education level of teachers themselves;continuously update the knowledge system.In order to achieve the goal of collaborative development of ideological and political education and professional teaching.
