摘  要:为研究茶多酚对热应激肉鸡血清生理生化指标的影响,选取35日龄817肉鸡160只,采用2×2析因设计,随机分为4组,分别为常温组、常温+0.04%茶多酚组、热应激组、热应激+0.04%茶多酚组,热应激肉鸡温度控制在(32±1)℃,实验期14d.结果显示,与常温组相比,热应激组肉鸡血清TC、TG和LDL-C含量及腹脂率显著提高,HDL-C显著降低;GLU含量显著升高,GLB显著降低;ALP活性显著降低,AST、LDH和CK活性显著升高(P<0.05).与热应激组相比,添加茶多酚组肉鸡血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量显著降低,HDL-C显著升高;GLU含量显著降低,GLB显著升高;ALP活性显著升高,LDH显著降低(P<0.05).在本实验条件下,饲粮中添加茶多酚可改善热应激肉鸡血脂、血糖、血清蛋白的含量及血清酶的活性.To study the effects of tea polyphenols(TP)on physiological and biochemical index in serum of heat-stressed broilers,160 thirty-five day old 817 broilers were divided into four groups randomly according to 2×2 factorial design,which consisted of the normal temperature group,the normal temperature and 0.04%TP group,the heat-stressed group,and the heat-stressed and 0.04%TP group.The heat-stressed broilers were reared in temperature at(32±1)℃for 14 days.The results showed as follows:first,compared with the normal temperature group,the contents of TC,TG,LDL-C and abdnminal fat percentage and and GLU significantly increased,HDL-C and GLB significantly decreased;the activities of AST,LDH and CK significantly increased(P<0.05),ALP significantly decreased in serum of heat-stressed group.Second,compared with heat-stressed group,the contents of TC,TG,LDL-C and GLU of the TP group significantly decreased,HDL-C and GLB significantly increased;the activity of LDH significantly decreased(P<0.05),and ALP significantly increased in serum of heat-stressed and 0.04%TP group.In conclusion,the basal diet supplemented with tea polyhenols can improve to some extent the contents of lipid,glucose,protein and enzyme in serum of heat-stressed broilers under the condition of experiment.
