摘 要:通过常温合成法,由4-氨基嘧啶并[4,5-D]嘧啶(ppa)和1,10-邻菲罗啉(phen)与CuCl_(2)·2H_(2)O在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和甲醇的混合溶剂中构筑了一个结构新颖的配合物[Cu(phen)(ppa)Cl2].采用单晶和粉末X-射线衍射、元素分析、红外光谱和荧光光谱等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征.该配合物属于单斜晶系C2/c空间群,a=2.58330(4)nm,b=0.82375(11)nm,c=1.72540(2)nm,β=106.550(2)°,V=3.5195(8)nm3,Z=8.单晶结构分析表明,配合物为单核结构,分别通过N(5)—H(5B)…Cl(1)和N(5)—H(5A)…N(4)氢键连接成一维链和二维平面结构.相邻二维面中phen配体的苯环与吡啶环之间存在π-π堆积作用,最终将结构拓展为三维超分子结构.配合物的液体荧光性质表明它可作为良好的发光材料.Self-assembly reaction of 4-aminopyrimido[4,5-D]pyrimidine(ppa)and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)with CuCl_(2)·2H_(2)O in mixed N,N-dimethylformamide and methanol solution at room temperature generated a new complex[Cu(phen)(ppa)Cl2].The complex was further characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,FI-IR spectrum and fluo-rescence spectroscopy.It crystallizes in monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a=2.58330(4)nm,b=0.82375(11)nm,c=1.72540(2)nm,β=106.550(2)°,V=3.5195(8)nm3,Z=8.The structure determination reveals that this complex has discrete mononuclear structure,which is connected into a one-dimensional chain and a two-dimensional planar structure by N(5)—H(5B)…Cl(1)and N(5)—H(5A)…N(4)hydrogen bonds,respectively.Further analysis indicatesπ-πweak interac-tions between the benzene ring and the pyridine ring of the phen ligand in the adjacent two-dimensional planar are the primary driving forces to assemble the two-dimensional planars into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.Fluorescence spectra of complex in an aqueous solution suggests that the title complex is candidate for light emission material.
