摘  要:目的研究比较机用镍钛锉ProTaper Gold和手用镍钛锉ProTaper对不同弯曲度根管预备后的根尖碎屑推出量及预备效率。方法将纳入标准收集的离体牙根管按不同的弯曲度(小于15°、20°~35°)分为2组,每组再按不同类型的镍钛器械(PTG、PTH)将其随机分为2个亚组(n=15)。PTG组采用ProTaper Gold机用镍钛锉进行根管预备;PTH组采用ProTaper手用镍钛锉进行根管预备。其中PTG组辅助使用X-smart电动马达按冠向下法预备至#25/.08;PTH组按冠向下法手用预备至#25/.08。使用碎屑收集装置收集并称量根管预备后的根尖碎屑推出量,同时秒表记录根管预备时间。采用单因素方差统计学分析比较实验数据。结果根尖碎屑推出量结果显示,PTG组和PTH组对不同弯曲度根管分别预备后的根尖碎屑推出量的两两比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。PTG组和PTH组预备不同弯曲度根管的预备时间比较结果显示,同一弯曲度组中,PTG组的预备时间均短于PTH组(P<0.05)。结论 ProTaper Gold机用镍钛锉和ProTaper手用镍钛锉预备不同弯曲度根管后均有根尖碎屑推出;ProTaper Gold机用镍钛锉比ProTaper手用镍钛锉具有较高的根管预备效率。Objective To evaluate the amount of apically extruded debris and efficiency during curved root canal preparation using ProTaper Gold(PTG) and ProTaper for hand use(PTH). Methods The canals were divided into 2 groups according to the curvature of canals(<15°, 20°-35°). Then each group was divided into 2 subgroups according to the Ni-Ti instruments(PTG, PTH)(n=15). In the PTG group, the root canals were prepared using ProTaper Gold with X-smart electric motor. In the PTH group, the root canals were prepared using ProTaper for hand use. The final instruments used were both set to #25/.08, and the crown-down technique was used in the two instruments. The apically extruded debris of each group was collected into pre-weighed Eppendorf tubes. Then the tubes were stored in an incubator at 68 ℃ for 5 days and weighed using an electronic balance. Meanwhile, the time of root canal preparation was recorded. The data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance. Results No significant differences of the amount of apical debris were found among two Ni-Ti instruments when preparing curved root canals(P>0.05). The time of root canal preparation with PTG was significantly shorter than PTH(P<0.05). Conclusion Two Ni-Ti instruments both cause apical debris extrusion;root canal preparation with PTG has higher efficiency compared with PTH.
