摘  要:Campylobacter surpassed Salmonella several years ago and has recently emerged as one of the most important foodborne pathogens even in highincome countries,bearing a significant economic burden[1].In low-and middle-income countries,limited data indicate that the rate of Campylobacter infection has increased[2].In China,between July2005 and December 2006,4.84%of 3,061 patients with diarrhea were positive for Campylobacter。
