摘  要:目的分析肿瘤患者自异体输血对输血免疫功能、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及人γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2019年3月郑州人民医院收治的87例行肿瘤根治术患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组43例采用异体输血,研究组44例使用自体输血,比较两组免疫功能指标及细胞因子水平[白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-10(IL-10)及γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]。结果术后第1 d,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)与CD8^(+)指标均显著低于术前(P<0.05);术后第7 d,对照组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)与CD8^(+)指标显著低于术前(P<0.05),但研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)与CD8^(+)指标与术前比无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后第1 d,两组IL-2、IL-10及IFN-γ水平均高于术前(P<0.05),且研究组IL-2、IFN-γ水平显著高于对照组,IL-10水平显著低于对照组。术后第7 d,两组IL-2与IFN-γ水平均低于术前,IL-10水平均高于术前,且研究组IL-2与IFN-γ水平均高于对照组,IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论异体输血和自体输血均会影响行肿瘤根治术患者免疫功能,但采用自体输血方式影响患者的免疫功能较小,而异体输血会抑制患者的免疫功能。Objective To analyze the effects of allogeneic blood transfusion on immune function,IL-10 and IFN-γin patients with tumor after transfusion.Methods From February 2018 to March 2019 in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital,87 patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,43 patients in control group were given allogeneic transfusion,in the study group,44 patients received autologous blood transfusion,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10)and Interferon(IFN-γ)were compared between the two groups.Results CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the pre-operation on the 1 st day after operation(P<0.05).CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)of the control group were significantly lower than that of the pre-operation on the 7 th day after operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the indexes of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)of the study group and that of the pre-operation(P>0.05).The levels of IL-2,IL-10 and I IFN-γin the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group on the 1 st day after operation(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10 were significantly lower than those in the control group.At the 7 th day after operation,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin the two groups were lower than before operation,the levels of IL-10 were higher than before operation,and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin the study group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of Il-10 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both autotransfusion and allogeneic transfusion can affect the immune function of patients undergoing radical tumor resection,but autotransfusion has little effect on the immune function of patients,while allogeneic transfusion can inhibit the immune function of patients.
