摘　　要：目的评价玻璃体切除术后视力正常患者与正常对照者之间的视功能差异.方法选取在我院行玻璃体切除术后ETDRS视力正常的孔源性视网膜脱离患者作为研究组.对照组为年龄及ETDRS视力评分匹配后的正常志愿者.两组均行眼科对比敏感度、微视野检查以及NEI VFQ-25量表测评,分析两组之间的差异.结果研究组在高空间频率(12cpd与18cpd)对比敏感度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.03,P<0.01;Z=-2.89,P<0.01).研究组视网膜平均灵敏度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.43,P<0.01).NEI VFQ-25量表评价结果显示两组视觉生存质量存在统计学差异.结论经玻璃体切除手术治疗后视力正常的患者仍需对视功能进行全面的评价.Objective To evaluate the difference of visual function between patients with normal vision andnormal controls after pars plana vitrectomy.Methods Patients with normal postoperative ETDRS visual acuity were selected for the study group.The control group was normal volunteers matched by age and ETDRS visual acuity score.Contrast sensitivity,microperimetry examination and NEI VFQ-25 scale were performed in both groups and the differences between the two groups were analyzed.Results The contrast sensitivity of the study group at high spatial frequency(12 cpd,18 cpd) was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-3.03,P<0.01;Z=-2.89,P<0.01).The mean retinal sensitivity of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.43,P<0.01).The results of NEI VFQ-25 scoresshowed that there was statistical difference in visual quality of life between the two groups.Conclusions The visual function of patients with normal postoperative visual acuity should be comprehensively evaluated.
