摘　　要：目的探讨角膜塑形镜对低中度青少年近视患者对比敏感度(contrast sensitivity,CS)的影响.方法回顾性研究,随访低中度青少年近视患者176例350眼,随访6个月,分别观察暗室有和无眩光两种环境下,戴镜前、戴镜后1周、1个月、3个月和6个月后对CS的影响.结果暗室有和无眩光两种环境下,戴镜1周、1个月、3个月及6个月后全频CS值均较戴镜前CS降低,差异有统计学意义(P1<0.05,P1*<0.05),戴镜1个月、3个月及6个月后均较戴镜后1周CS增加,差异有统计学意义(P2<0.05,P2*<0.05),戴镜1个月、3个月及6个月后各组间CS值比较,差异没有统计学意义(P3>0.05,P3*>0.05).结论角膜塑形镜降低低中度近视患者暗环境下CS,提高了人们对OK镜后视觉质量的全面认识.Objective To investigate the effect of orthokeratology on contrast sensitivity of low and moderate adolescent myopia.Methods 176 cases of low and moderate myopia were collected were followed up for 6 months to observe the influence on CS before,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months afteorthokeratology wearing in darkroom withglare and non-glare.Results Darkroom with glare and non-glare in two environments,the contrast sensitivity with wearing the orthokeratology 1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months later was lower than before wearing the orthokeratology,and the difference was statistically significant(P1<0.05,P1*<0.05).The contrast sensitivity with wearing the orthokeratology1 month,3 months and 6 months later was higher than that lweek after wearing the orthokeratology,the difference was statistically significant(P2<0.05,P2* <0.05).The contrast sensitivitycomparison between each group with wearing theorthokeratology 1 month,3 months and 6 months later,the difference was not statistically significant(P3>0.05,P3*>0.05).Conclusion Orthokeratology reduces contrast sensitivity in dark environment with low and moderate myopia,and this improve people’s overall understanding of the visual quality after orthokeratology.
