摘　　要：抗上转综合征(Antielevation syndrome,AES)是下斜肌术后的并发症之一,表现为术眼下斜视,外转时上转受限,伴对侧眼下斜肌亢进等现象.近年来,随着下斜肌手术的广泛开展,AES的发生呈现增加趋势.其发生与手术改变了眼外肌走行、作用力方向等因素有关.防治要点在于谨慎选择手术适应症,并注意下斜肌新止端位置:不可过度往前,且不可向颞侧展开过多,同时避免肌肉的截除.Antielevation syndrome(AES) is an adverse outcome of inferior oblique muscle surgery.It is characterized by hypertropia,limitation of elevation in abduction,overaction of the contralateral inferior oblique muscle.In recent years,with the broadly implantation of inferior oblique muscle surgery,the occurrence of AES has also increased.It is related to factors such as surgical changes in muscle course and force direction.The main point of prevention and treatment is to carefully select the surgical indication and pay attention to the position of the new muscle insertion:do not move forward excessively,and do not spread the muscle out temporally,while avoiding the resection of the muscle.
