摘  要:目的探讨Gli1、Gli2、Gli3与结肠癌患者临床病理特征和预后的相关性。方法免疫组化检测441例结肠癌组织及其中153例癌旁组织中Gli1、Gli2、Gli3的表达;Kaplan-Meier法进行单因素生存分析,Log-rank检验生存曲线;COX比例风险回归模型分析多因素对生存的影响。结果 Gli1与TNM分期、淋巴结转移及性别存在统计学差异(P<0.05),与患者的年龄及ECOG评分无关(P>0.05);Gli2蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移、性别存在统计学差异(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、家族史、吸烟指数、ECOG评分无关(P>0.05);Gli3蛋白的表达与基本资料均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。Gli1高表达患者的总生存期和无疾病进展生存期与Gli1低表达患者相比较差(P=0.0008和P=0.0002),Gli2高表达患者的总生存期和无疾病进展生存期与Gli2低表达的患者相比较差(P=0.0020和P<0.0001);Gli3高表达患者的总生存期和无疾病进展生存期与Gli3低表达患者相比较差(P=0.0101和P<0.0001);COX比例风险模型的结果表明LDH、T分期、Gli1和Gli3为患者PFS的独立影响因素,远处转移和Gli2为患者OS的独立影响因素。结论 Gli1、Gli2和Gli3可能参与了结肠癌的发生与发展。LDH、T分期、Gli1和Gli3为患者PFS的独立影响因素,远处转移和Gli2为患者OS的独立影响因素,可能会成为结肠癌患者预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate the correlation of Gli1, Gli2 and Gli3 with clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with colon cancer. Methods The expression of Gli1, Gli2 and Gli3 in 441 colon cancer tissues and 153 adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Univariate survival analysis was performed by Kaplan-Meier method, and survival curves were tested by Log-rank test. COX proportional risk regression model was used to analyze the influence of multiple factors on survival. Results There were statistical differences between Gli1 and TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and gender(P<0.05), and there was no correlation with age and ECOG score(P>0.05). There were statistical differences between the expression of Gli2 and lymph node metastasis and gender(P<0.05). The expression of Gli2 protein was not correlated with lymph node metastasis and gender, but not with age, family history, smoking index and ECOG score(P>0.05). There was no statistical difference between the expression of Gli3 protein and the basic data(P>0.05). The overall survival and progression-free survival of patients with high expression of Gli1 were worse than those with low expression of Gli1(P=0.0008 and P=0.0002), and those with high expression of Gli2 were worse than those with low expression of Gli2(P=0.0020 and P<0.0001). The overall survival and progression-free survival of patients with high Gli3 expression were worse than those with low Gli3 expression(P=0.0101 and P<0.0001). The results of COX proportional risk model showed that LDH, T stage, Gli1 and Gli3 were independent influencing factors of PFS, while distant metastasis and Gli2 were independent influencing factors of OS. Conclusion Gli1, Gli2 and Gli3 may be involved in the occurrence and development of colon cancer. LDH, T stage, Gli1 and Gli3 are independent influencing factors for patients’ PFS, while distant metastasis and Gli2 are independent influencing factors for patients’ OS, which may be an important prognostic indicator for patients with colon ca
