布依医“爆灯火”疗法治疗小儿泄泻的机制探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨"爆灯火"治疗小儿泄泻的机制。方法:通过阐述布依医运用"爆灯火"治疗小儿泄泻的历史沿革、主要材料、具体操作方法等。结果:布依医运用"爆灯火"疗法在治疗小儿泄泻时常选用灯心草、桐子油作为主要材料,具体操作分为明火爆灯、暗火爆灯、压灯指温熨、直火爆灯四种。在灯心草、桐子油作用下,利用火的温热与走窜特点,通过火热刺激患儿肌表的穴位,促进局部血液循环,加速机体对代谢产物的吸收,起到疏通经脉、祛邪散热的作用,从而达到预防和治疗疾病的目的。结论:布依医运用"爆灯火"疗法在治疗小儿泄泻方面确有实效。To explore the mechanism of"exploding lights"for treatment of infantile diarrhea,the history,main materials and specific operation methods of Buyi medicine were investigated.For treatment this disease,Dengxincao and camellia oil were often use as the main materials by Bouyei doctors,through four specific operation,bright light,dark light,pressing light,warm pressing and direct light.Under the action of Dengxincao and camellia oil,the acupoints on children’s muscle surface can be stimulated,promoted local blood circulation,accelerated the absorption of metabolites,dredged meridians,dispel pathogenic factors and dissipated heat,so as to prevent and treat diseases.The Buyi’s therapy of"exploding lights"is effective for treatment of infantile diarrhea.
