摘　　要：高等教育评估是高等教育治理的关键点和突破口,引导大学分类发展分类评价是高等教育评估的难点和重点。大学分类逻辑反映大学治理逻辑,在治理视域下研究我国大学分类和高等教育评估嬗变,对推动高等教育评价实践科学发展有重要意义。新时代要建立并完善主体多元、对象多维、标准多向、模式多样的高质量评估体系,厘清评估目的澄清评估价值,协同系统开展评估工作,提升评估效能。The assessment of higher education is the key and breakthrough of higher education governance.Guidance on classified assessment and development of university is difficult and important.The logic of university classification reflects the logic of university governance,and studying the evolution of university classification and higher education assessment from the perspective of governance is of great significance to promote the scientific development of higher education assessment practice.In the new era,it is essential to establish and perfect a high-quality assessment system with multi-subject,multi-object,multi-criteria and multi-mode,clarify the purpose and value of assessment,implement a collaborative assessment,and improve the efficiency of assessment.
