摘  要:目前市售的彩焰蜡烛存在"流泪""干枝"等现象,导致未能广泛使用。为了解决上述问题,试验筛选了烛芯材料,并采用8%NaOH溶液除去棉线中含有的脂质,能有效促进烛芯上吸能力;选用5%氨基脲和磷酸铵复配对烛芯进行脱钠和脱钙处理,以降低钠盐和钙盐对彩色火焰的遮盖作用;选择易挥发的氯化盐作为烛芯发色剂,发色剂加入量为5%~8%;选用3%KMnO4作为氧化促进剂;对于烛体,以石蜡和柠檬酸三甲酯复配为主燃剂、硬脂醇作为助燃剂制备的彩焰蜡烛,不"流泪",不"干枝",发光颜色纯正,杂光少,燃烧效果佳。Available color flame candles have "tears" "dry branches" and other problems at present, resulting in their failure to be widely used. In order to solve the above problems, the wick material was screened by experiments, and the lipid contained in the cotton thread was removed by using 8% NaOH solution, which could effectively promote the wick up ability;5% semicarbazide and ammonium phosphate were used to remove sodium in the wick. And decalcification treatment was used to reduce the covering effect of sodium salt and calcium salt on the color flame;Volatile chloride salt was selected as the wick coloring agent, the amount of coloring agent was 5%~8%;3% KMnO4 was selected as the oxidation accelerator;for candle body, paraffin wax and trimethyl citrate were used as the main combustion agent, and stearyl alcohol was used as combustion accelerator to prepare the color flame candle, and "tear" and "dry branch" problems did not appear, and it had pure luminous color, less stray light, good combustion effect.
