抢救案例分享活动在对急诊科护士进行护理管理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析在急诊科护士管理工作中采用抢救案例分享活动的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2020年1月该院急诊科就职的35名护士作为研究对象,于2018年1月开始实施抢救案例分享活动,对比实施前后护士核心能力和急救能力评分情况。结果35名护士实施抢救案例分享活动后核心能力、急救能力评分均明显高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护士管理工作中采用抢救案例分享活动取得显著效果。Objective To analyze the application value of sharing rescue cases in the management of nurses in the emergency department.Methods A total of 35 nurses working in the emergency department of our hospital were investigated.The rescue case sharing activity was carried out in January 2018,and the scores of core competence and first-aid competence of nurses before and after implementation were compared.Results The results showed that the scores of core competence and first-aid competence of selected nurses after implementation were significantly higher than those before implementation,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice of sharing rescue cases in the management of nurses in emergency department has achieved remarkable results.
