开窗减压术联合牵引矫治法治疗儿童替牙期含牙囊肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨开窗减压术联合牵引矫治法治疗儿童替牙期含牙囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月该院收治疗的儿童替牙期含牙囊肿患者71例,采用抽签方法分为观察组(36例)和对照组(35例)。对照组单纯采用开窗减压术治疗,观察组采用开窗减压术联合牵引矫治法治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。两组患者均随访18个月。结果观察组患者恒牙萌出情况明显优于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童替牙期含牙囊肿患者采用开窗减压术联合牵引矫治法治疗可显著提升临床疗效,促使患者牙齿发育正常,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of window decompression combined with traction correction in the treatment of dental cysts in children during tooth replacement.Methods The included subjects were 71 children with dental cysts in the dental period who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.The patients were grouped by lot,that is,they were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(36 cases),the former was treated with window decompression alone,and the latter was treated with window decompression combined with traction correction.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 18 months of follow-up,the permanent tooth eruption in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);there were no cases of cyst recurrence in the observation group,and two cases of recurrence occurred in the control group,with a recurrence rate of 5.71%.Significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with dental cysts during tooth replacement period,the treatment with window decompression combined with traction correction can significantly improve the clinical effect of treatment and promote normal tooth development of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
