摘 要:应用ADAMS软件对推送装置六连杆机构进行了建模,并对模型进行参数化设置和添加约束条件,最后以工作阶段平均压力角最小为目标进行了优化,优化后压力角平均值减小了92.5%,驱动力矩平均值减小了15.3%,符合优化设计的要求。The ADAMS software was used to model the six-bar linkage mechanism of the push device,and the model was parameterized and constraints were added.Finally,the optimization was carried out with the goal of minimizing the average pressure angle in the working stage.After optimization,the average pressure angle was reduced by 92.5%,and the average driving torque was reduced by 15.3%,which met the requirements of optimized design.
