摘  要:课题小组设计了一种自动翻页机,其主控为STM32F103RBT6单片机,翻页机结构主要包括气泵、步进电机、舵机、红外模块等。控制气泵吸取纸张,纸张掠过气泵一边的红外模块探测头时触发翻书杆进行翻页,当纸张再次掠过压纸杆一边的红外模块探测头时触发压纸杆抬起和压下,通过以上两个步骤可完成一次翻页。翻页机的翻页过程包括两种方式:其一是全自动翻页形式,需要设定合适的翻页时间;其二是通过一定的触发形式进行翻页,可以设定为踏板、拉线、语音控制等形式。研究表明,STM32F103RBT6单片机能够很容易地控制所有模块同时工作,系统运行速度快,且具有较低的功耗,系统稳定性良好,成本低,易于批量生产。The research team designed an automatic page turning machine,which was mainly controlled by STM32F103RBT6 single chip microcomputer.The structure of the page turning machine mainly included air pump,stepping motor,steering gear and infrared module.First of all,the air pump was controlled to absorb the paper.When the paper passed the detector head of the infrared module on one side of the air pump,the book rod was triggered to turn the page.When the paper passed the detector head of the infrared module on one side of the paper pressure bar,the paper pressure bar was triggered to lift and press down.The above two steps could complete a page flipping.There were two ways in the process of turning pages:The first was full-automatic turning,which needed to set the appropriate turning time;The second was to flip the page through a certain trigger form,which could be set as pedal,cable,voice control and other forms.Research showed that STM32F103RBT6 MCU could control all modules to work at the same time,the system ran fast,and had low power consumption,good system stability,low cost,and easy to mass production.
