摘　　要：分析我国目前正在进行的医学教育临床实践教学工作中的困难,并从医教协同常态化的角度提出相应的应对措施,对质控体系建设中的诸多环节,特别是执业医师考试分阶段实证研究和模拟教学等教育热点进行了深入的探讨。The research analyzed the difficulties in the current clinical practice training of medical education in Chi⁃na,and put forward corresponding measures under the normalized vision of medical and educational collaboration.Furthermore,an in-depth discussion was made on many links in the construction of the quality control system,es⁃pecially the hot spots in education,such as the staged empirical research on the medical licensing examination and simulation teaching.
