养胃颗粒治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养胃颗粒治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:收集2019-02~04消化内科门诊就诊确诊为脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规化学药物治疗,试验组在采用与对照组相似的常规治疗药物治疗的基础上,加用养胃颗粒治疗。于治疗前及治疗1个疗程后检查患者病情及幽门螺杆菌感染情况,评价患者胃部疼痛程度;判定临床疗效以及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,试验组患者胃部疼痛程度显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),试验组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组复查幽门螺杆菌感染情况之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均未出现普遍严重药物不良反应。结论:养胃颗粒能够抑制慢性胃炎胃部疼痛,对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎具有良好的治疗效果。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangwei granules in treating chronic gastritis of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach type.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with chronic gastritis of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach type from February to April 2019 in the outpatient of gastroenterology department were collected and randomly divided into a control group and a test group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional modern medicines.The test group was treated with conventional medicines similar to the control group,plus Yangwei granules.Before treatment and after a course of treatment,the patients′condition and Helicobacter pylori infections were examined and detected,with the patients′stomach pain evaluated.Then the clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were decided.Results:After treatment,the degree of stomach pain in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy on chronic gastritis of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach type in the test group was remarkably better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in H.pylori infection reexamined between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no general serious adverse drug reactions in each group.Conclusion:Yangwei granules can inhibit stomach pain caused by chronic gastritis,and have a beneficial therapeutic effect on chronic gastritis of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach type.
