摘 要:随着汽车维修行业对汽车维修专业人才需求量逐渐增高,从事汽车维修工作的人也越来越多,因此汽车维修专业也变成了热门学科。但由于汽车维修专业的特殊性,很多学员毕业后无法在最短的时间掌握汽车维修的关键技术,实践经验也非常匮乏,因此为企业带来了很多的培养成本。所以就此类问题很多高校开始尝试教学工厂模式来提升学生的实践经验和汽修方面问题解决和处理的能力。因此本文也就教学工厂模式在汽车维修专业教学中的应用策略进行研究,从而给予更好的建议和指引,让教学工厂模式在汽车维修教学中发挥更高效的作用,为企业减少培养成本,缩短培养周期。With the increasing demand for auto repair professionals in the auto repair industry,more and more people are engaged in auto repair work,so the auto repair profession has also become a popular subject.However,due to the particularity of the automobile maintenance profession,many students cannot master the key technologies of automobile maintenance in the shortest time after graduation,and the practical experience is also very scarce,which brings a lot of training costs to the enterprise.Therefore,many colleges and universities began to try the teaching factory model to improve students'practical experience and the ability to solve and deal with problems in auto repair.Therefore,this article also studies the application strategy of the teaching factory model in the teaching of automobile maintenance,so as to give better suggestions and guidance,so that the teaching factory model can play a more efficient role in the teaching of automobile maintenance,and reduce training costs for enterprises training cycle.
