摘　　要：构建气道管理课程与模块化培训,系统提升海军基层军医处理战场复杂伤情导致的气道梗阻的综合能力。通过设计气道管理课程,确定课程总体目标和分类目标、实施过程和方法、教学内容和课时安排,构建各类气道创伤情境,制定气道管理救治流程,采用模块化培训和模型演练,引导性讨论、反馈或事后分析,评估整体教学效果,提高基层军医的气道管理综合处置能力。通过构建气道管理课程,结合模块化培训,以期推动气道管理规范化、科学化,进而有助于提升海军基层军医创伤救治整体水平。To develop an airway management curriculum provision and a modular training system so as to improve the comprehensive ability of naval primary physicians to deal with different airway obstruction caused by complex injuries. By designing airway management courses, constructing various trauma patients’ airway situations, determining the overall objectives and classified objectives of the course, the implementation process and methods, teaching content and class arrangement, formulating airway management and treatment procedures, adopting modular training and exercises, guided discussion, feedback or post-mortem analysis, the overall teaching effect is to be evaluated and the comprehensive processing ability of airway management of naval primary military physicians can be improved as well. Through the curriculum provision of airway management, combined with modular training, the standardization and scientization of airway management are expected to be improved, which will in turn help to improve the level of trauma treatment of naval primary military physicians.
