摘　　要：目的 分析乳腺非特殊型浸润性导管癌Luminal B型和人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)过度表达型影像征象.方法 选取经手术病理证实非特殊型浸润性导管癌患者462例,行数字乳腺断层摄影(DBT)及全数字化乳腺摄影(FFDM),对影像征象进行分析.结果 Luminal B-HER-2(-)型和HER-2过度表达型在肿块形态、肿块密度、肿块边缘、肿块伴钙化、钙化形态、钙化分布、其他征象有统计学差异(P<0.05).Luminal B-HER-2(+)型和HER-2过度表达型在肿块边缘、其他征象有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 乳腺非特殊型浸润性导管癌Luminal B型和HER-2过度表达型影像征象不同,根据两者影像征象的差异,初步判断其病理特征,为临床乳腺癌诊疗提供依据.Objective To analyze the imaging signs of Luminal B type and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2)overexprevssion type of breast non-specific invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods 462 cases of non-specific invasive ductal breast carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were collected,and all of them underwent digital breast tomography(BDT)and full-field digital mammography(FFDM).The image signs were analyzed.Results Luminal B-HER-2(-)type and HER-2 overexpression type showed significant differences in the mass morphology,density,margin,mass with calcification,calcification morphology,calcification distribution,and other signs(P<C0.05).Luminal B-HER-2(-)type and HER-2 overexpression type showed significant differences in mass margin and other signs(P<0.05).Conclusion Luminal B type and HER-2 overexpression type of breast non-special invasive ductal carcinoma have different imaging signs.According to such differences,pathological characteristics could be preliminarily judged.which provided basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast carcinoma.
