摘　　要：目的 探讨原发性肾脏滑膜肉瘤(PRSS)的CT表现,提高对该病的认识和诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的6例PRSS患者的CT影像与临床资料.结果 6例患者临床症状主要有疼痛、血尿.5例表现为单侧发生的边界清晰的较大囊实性肿块,1例表现为囊性肿块,4例合并出血,增强扫描实性部分呈"快进慢出"式强化.结论 PRSS具备一些相对特征性的CT表现,即位于一侧肾脏的边界清晰的较大软组织肿块,易合并囊变和出血,强化方式表现为"快进慢出".Objective To explore the CT findings of primary renal synovial sarcoma(PRSS),to improve the understanding and diagnosis of the disease.Methods The CT images and clinical data of 6 cases with PRSS confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The main clinical symptoms were pain and hematuria.5 cases showed unilateral large cystic solid masses with clear boundary,1 case showed cystic mass,4 cases were complicated with hemorrhage,and the solid part showed“rapid wash-in to slow wash-out”enhancement.Conclusion PRSS has some relatively characteristic CT findings,that is,a large soft tissue mass with clear boundary in one side of the kidney,which is usually complicated with cystic change and hemorrhage.The enhancement mode is“rapid wash-in to slow wash-out”.
