摘  要:孤岛状态下的微电网频率稳定性易受到负荷与新能源不确定波动的影响,对具备连续功率调节能力的传统同步发电机组的调控能力提出更高的要求。此外,由于机组与微电网控制中心间的信息交互需要通过开放的通信网络,不确定延时问题同样会对频率稳定性造成不利影响。为此,提出一种网络化频率控制策略。基于确定网络演算理论,推导了传输延时上边界与关键网络参数间的解析关系。通过构造Lyapunov函数推导了保证微电网频率渐近稳定的控制器约束条件。仿真结果表明,所提方法对随机波动的新能源和负荷需求以及有界随机传输延时具有良好的鲁棒性。The frequency stability of islanded micro-grid is easily affected by the uncertain load and renewable energy fluctuations,which puts forward higher requirements for the regulation ability of traditional synchronous generators with continuous power regulation ability.In addition,the information interaction between the generators and the micro-grid control center needs to pass through the open communication network,so the uncertain delay problem will also have an adverse impact on the frequency stability.On this basis,a networked frequency control strategy is proposed in this paper.Firstly,based on the deterministic network calculus theory,the analytical relationship between the upper boundary of transmission delay and the key network parameters is derived.Secondly,the constraints of the controller to ensure the frequency asymptotic stability of the micro-grid are derived by constructing the Lyapunov function.The simulation results show that the proposed method has good robustness to the random fluctuation of new energy and load demand and bounded random transmission delay.
