摘 要:目的观察基于团队的学习模式在骨外科教学中的应用效果,对相关教学经验进行总结。方法以医院2017年6月—2020年6月间53名骨外科实习生进行观察研究,按照教学模式分为对照组(基于传统授课的学习模式)26名和观察组(基于团队的学习模式)27名。当教学活动完毕之后,老师将会测试两组学生的基础理论、专科理论知识和操作技能,了解学生对教学模式的感受,并通过填写问卷调查法收集反馈意见,最后评估和总结学习效果。结果观察组基础理论、专科理论知识和操作技能得分以及考核总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组教学满意度优于对照组(P<0.05);差异均有统计学意义。结论基于团队的学习模式在骨外科教学中的应用效果显著,值得进一步探索并总结经验,以期通过持续的改进获得更好的教学效果。Objective To observe the application effect of team-based learning mode in orthopedic surgery teaching,and summarize the relevant teaching experience.Methods A total of 53 orthopedic interns in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected for an observation study.According to the teaching mode,they were divided into a control group(based on traditional teaching learning mode)of 26 students and an observation group(based on team-based learning mode)of 27 students.After the teaching activities are completed,the teacher will test the basic theories,specialized theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the two groups of students,understand the feelings of the students on the teaching mode,collect the feedback opinions by filling in the questionnaire,and finally evaluate and summarize the learning effect.Results The scores of basic theory,theoretical knowledge and operation skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Team-based learning model has a significant effect in orthopedic surgery teaching,which is worthy of further exploration and summary of experience,in order to obtain better teaching effect through continuous improvement.
