摘  要:目的将小讲座用于整形外科进修生的临床教学中,并对其效果和意义进行分析探讨。方法选取2017年3月—2019年2月医院整形外科的60名进修医生,其中2017年3月—2018年2月未进行小讲座教学的进修生为对照组(仅采用传统教学法),2018年3月—2019年2月进行小讲座讲学的进修生为实验组(采用传统教学法和小讲座教学法),两组各30名,分析教学改进后效果及学员满意度。结果通过小讲座教学后,实验组进修生在临床知识、操作能力方面优于对照组(P<0.001),并且问卷调查显示实验组学员对改进后的教学方法满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论在整形外科进修生的教学中应用小讲座的教学模式,可取得显著的教学效果和较高的学员满意度。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and significance of mini-lecture in the clinical training of fellows of plastic surgery.Methods 60 fellows of plastic surgery attending further study in the southern medical university Nanfang hospital between March 2017 and February 2019 were recruited.A total of 30 were included as the experimental set and 30 as the control set.The experimental set included the subjects who participated in the mini-lecture combined with traditional training method from March 2018 to February 2019,the absent ones were treated as control set from March 2017 to February 2018.The efficacy of improved training method and satisfaction of the trainee was evaluated at the end of the term.Results The clinical knowledge and operational skills of the experimental set were better than the control set(P<0.001).And the questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the additional mini-lecture(P<0.05).Conclusion Training efficacy and satisfaction of the trainee was improved significantly by applying mini-lecture in the clinical training of the fellows of plastic surgery.
