摘　　要：对于现有的仓库环境参数有线监控系统,存在布线需要大量电缆、系统维护或者升级工作量大的问题,设计了一种仓库环境无线监控系统,该系统以CC2530为核心处理器构建网络节点,组建ZigBee无线网络进行监控信息的传输。无线监控系统采样布置灵活,安装简单快速,检查维护方便;系统扩充、改进、优化的方式灵活易行,解决了仓库有线环境监控系统布线复杂、线缆成本高的问题,提高了仓库环境监控系统的灵活性和持续改进的便捷性,对于仓库环境监控系统的工艺领域改进和成本控制作用显著,有利于保证仓储物品的质量和安全。A wireless monitoring system for warehouse environment is designed for the existing wired monitoring system of warehouse environment parameters,the wiring needs a large number of cables,and the workload of system maintenance or upgrade is large.The system uses CC2530 as the core processor to build network nodes,and sets up ZigBee wireless network to carry out monitoring information transmission.The wireless monitoring system has the advantages of flexible sampling arrangement,simple and quick installation,convenient inspection and maintenance.System expansion,improvement,optimization of flexible,easy to solve the warehouse cable wiring complex environment monitoring system,solve the problem of high cost cable,improve the flexibility of the warehouse environment monitoring system and the continuous improvement of convenience,the environment monitoring system for warehouse field of process improvement and cost control effect significantly,which can help improve the quality and safety of storage items.
