摘  要:上向反井钻机工作在煤矿井下,能够完成由下而上钻进大直径槽孔,其电控系统需要满足煤矿安全规程。上向反井钻机电控系统若采用传统地面钻机通常采用的PLC控制系统,存在需要增加隔离栅、接线复杂、编程不够灵活等问题。针对这些问题,设计了一种基于CAN总线的分布式控制系统,通过本安和非本安CAN总线将系统各模块级联起来进行数据共享。详细分析了该系统的功能特点与要求,并对系统各模块功能进行了设计。液压系统采用RC系列控制器实现电液联合控制。该系统应用于上向反井钻机可以有效实现对钻机的控制、保护功能。The raise-boring machine works under the coal mine and can complete the drilling of largediameter slots from bottom to top. Its electric control system needs to meet the coal mine safety regulations. If the raise-boring machine electric control system adopts the PLC control system usually used by the traditional ground boring machine, there are problems such as increasing the isolation grating, complicated wiring, and inflexible programming. Aiming at those problems, a distributed control system based on CAN bus was designed. The modules of the system are cascaded through intrinsically safe and non-intrinsically safe CAN buses for data sharing. Analyzed the function characteristics and requirements of this system in detail, and carried out the functional design of each module. The hydraulic system adopts RC series controller to realize electro-hydraulic joint control. The system is applied to a raise-boring machine, which can effectively realize the control and protection functions of the machine.
