摘 要:目的研究实习期人文关怀教学对护生人文关怀能力的影响,为培养护生人文关怀能力提供教学指导。方法选择2018年7月—2019年3月到昆明医科大学第二附属医院实习的本科护生128名,运用护士人文关怀能力量表分别对进入医院实习前和实习结束后的护生进行人文关怀能力评分,实习期间在常规护理带教的基础上实施基于“情景模拟”“叙事教育”“关怀小组活动”三位一体人文教学方案,比较实习前后本科护生人文关怀能力得分的变化情况。结果实习前本科护生人文关怀能力得分为(181.12±16.07)分,实习后,护生人文关怀能力得分为(188.89±17.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实习期本科护生实施人文教学,可有效提高本科实习护生人文关怀能力水平。Objective To study the influence of humanistic care teaching during the internship period on the humanistic care ability of nursing students,and to provide teaching guidance for cultivating the humanistic care ability of nursing students.Methods To select 128 undergraduate nursing students who went to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from July 2018 to March 2019 to conduct internships on the nursing students before and after the internship of humanistic care ability scores.During the internship,the humanities teaching program based on the trinity of"scenario simulation""narrative education"and"care group activities"will be implemented on the basis of conventional nursing teaching during the internship,and the changes in the scores of the humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students before and after the internship were compared.Results Before the practice,the score of humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students was(181.12±16.07)points,and after the internship,the score of humanistic care ability of nursing students was(188.89±17.16)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanistic teaching for undergraduate nursing students during the internship period can effectively improve the level of humanistic care of undergraduate nursing students.
