摘  要:目的分析开放式实践教学模式在皮肤病教学中体会。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月该院皮肤科临床实习生100名,按照不同教学模式分为对照组(n=50,传统教学模式)和研究组(n=50,开放式实践教学模式),观察两组学生专业知识成绩、对带教老师的满意程度。结果研究组专业理论知识、临床技能操作等评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=92.616、153.170,P<0.001);研究组临床实习生满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.007)。结论在皮肤病教学过程中应用开放式实践教学模式,可加强临床临床实习生对专业知识及技能操作的掌握程度,提高临床实习生对带教老师的教学满意程度,有效提升皮肤病课程教学效果。Objective To analyze the experience of open practice teaching mode in dermatology teaching.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,100 clinical interns were selected from the hospital.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into control group(n=50,traditional teaching mode)and study group(n=50,open practice teaching mode),observed the professional knowledge scores of the two groups of students and their satisfaction with the teachers.Results The scores of professional theoretical knowledge and clinical skills operation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=92.616,153.170,P<0.001);the satisfaction degree of clinical interns in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.007).Conclusion The application of open practice teaching mode in the course of dermatology teaching can strengthen clinical clinical interns'mastery of professional knowledge and technical operation,improve clinical interns’satisfaction with teaching teachers,and effectively improve dermatology course teaching effect.
