摘　　要：目的通过对15940份产前母血清学筛查申请单进行质量分析,为临床提供有效应对措施提供客观依据。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2019年10月该院15940份产前母体血清学筛查申请单,对申请单的姓名、年龄、末次月经、孕周、体质量、出生日期、B超信息、IVF资料、检查项目、知情同意签名等信息进行仔细逐一排查,并统计填写错误或遗漏的份数。结果在15940份母血清学筛查申请单中,出现信息错误或遗漏的一共有830份,检出率为5.2%(830/15940)。出现错误或遗漏信息的情况中主要包括出生日期信息260份(31.3%),其次为孕周信息168份(20.2%)、B超信息不完整142份(17.1%),不同的错误或遗漏信息构成比比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=78.692,P<0.001)。结论产前母体血清学筛查的申请单信息进行错误或遗漏发生率较高,应当加强临床医师对母体血清学筛查申请单书写质量的意识培养,建立健全的监管制度,以确保母血清学筛查申请单书写质量。Objective Through quality analysis of 15940 antenatal maternal serology screening application forms,to provide an objective basis for clinical effective countermeasures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 15940 prenatal maternal serology screening application forms in the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019.The name,age,last menstrual period,gestational age,body mass,date of birth,and ultrasound information IVF materials,inspection items,informed consent signatures and other information on the application form were carefully checked one by one,and the number of fill-in errors or omissions was counted.Results Among the 15940 applications for maternal serology screening,a total of 830 had information errors or omissions,and the detection rate was 5.2%(830/15940).Errors or omissions of information mainly included 260(31.3%)of date of birth information,followed by 168(20.2%)of gestational week information,142(17.1%)of incomplete ultrasound information,the difference in different errors or omissions information composition ratio was statistically significant(χ^(2)=78.692,P<0.001).Conclusion The prenatal maternal serology screening application form has a high incidence of errors or omissions.Clinicians should strengthen the awareness of the writing quality of the maternal serology screening application form,and establish a sound supervision system to ensure maternal serum Study the quality of writing the screening application form.
