自研自制仪器设备建设与管理浅析

摘　　要：仪器设备是高校实践育人的条件保障,针对目前部分学科领域缺乏适用于新技术、新方法的仪器设备,或市场上虽然有此类仪器设备销售,但存在“功能多、价格贵”“集成高、维护难”“更新慢、专属差”等问题,提出自研自制仪器设备建设。这一举措是解决上述问题的有效措施,也是满足高校学科发展、人才培养、知识转化、教师能力提升等的重要途径。吉林大学秉承“够用为度、适用为本、成效为准”的仪器设备自研自制原则,通过多方指导协作、多学科合作共建、多部门联动联帮协管等方式,鼓励师生开展自研自制仪器设备,多年来在推动学科发展、提高学校科技创新能力和师资队伍水平,以及加强人才培养方面取得了骄人业绩。Instruments and equipment are the guarantee of practical education in colleges and universities.In view of the lack of instruments and equipment suitable for new technology and new methods in some disciplines,or the problems of"multi-function,high price""high integration,difficult maintenance""slow update,poor exclusive"in the market,the effective measures to solve the above problems are also satisfactory,it is an important way for the development of disciplines,the cultivation of talents,the transformation of knowledge and the improvement of teachers'ability.Jilin University adheres to the principle of"enough for the degree,application-oriented,effect oriented"self-development and self-control of instruments and equipment,encourages self-development and self-control of instruments and equipment through multi department cooperation,linkage and management,interdisciplinary,teacher-student co construction,etc.,and has made remarkable achievements in discipline development,improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability,teaching staff level,and personnel training achievements.
