摘 要:建立了制耳形状与板坯面内各个方向各向异性系数分布规律的定量解析关系,包括制耳的位置和数量,并对满足Hill48各向异性本构模型的板材进行了分析,给出了拉深时制耳的具体位置和数量。结果表明,当忽略板坯面内各个方向屈服强度的差异时,对于正交各向异性板材,与板材轧制方向成某一角度的径向应变大小由其余角方向的各向异性系数的值决定,该角度方向的径向应变随其余角方向的各向异性系数值的增加单调增加,当其余角方向的各向异性系数值取极大值时,该角度方向的径向应变取极大值,因此形成制耳峰;相反,当其余角方向的各向异性系数取极小值时,该角度方向的径向应变取极小值,形成制耳谷。制耳的数量与板坯面内各个方向各向异性系数的极大值数量相同,各制耳峰的位置位于各向异性系数值出现极大值方向的余角方向。The quantitative analytical relationship between the ear profile and the distribution of the anisotropic coefficient of sheet blank in plane was established,including the location and number of the ears. The sheets which satisfy the Hill48 anisotropic constitutive model were analyzed,and the specific position and number of ears during deep drawing were given. The results show that when the difference of yield strength in plane is ignored,for the sheet with orthotropy,the radial strain in an angle to the rolling direction is determined by the anisotropy coefficient value in the direction of complementary angle of this angle. The radial strain in the direction of this angle increases monotonically with the increase of anisotropy coefficient value in the direction of complementary angle of this angle. When the anisotropy coefficient value in the direction of complementary angle of this angle reaches the maximum,ear peak is formed for the radial strain in the direction of this angle is the maximum. On the contrary,when the anisotropy coefficient value in the direction of complementary angle of this angle is the minimum,ear valley is formed for the radial strain is the minimum in the direction of this angle. The number of ear is the same as that of the maximum value of anisotropy coefficient in plane of sheet blank,and the location of each ear peak is in the direction of the complementary angle of the angle where the maximum anisotropy coefficient value appears.
