摘 要:提出了一种基于双耳效应原理的电弧声焊缝位置检测新方法,该方法根据焊缝位置发生偏差时引起电弧声左右传播通道结构的不同,从而导致左右两个传声器接收到的电弧声信号差异这一现象,利用双耳效应原理来检测焊缝位置,设计了双耳听觉焊缝位置传感器。在V形坡口上进行了MIG焊试验,采集了不同焊枪偏差情况下的电弧声信号。根据人耳听觉原理,利用外耳和中耳传递函数对两个传声器采集的电弧声信号进行了滤波处理,然后以每200ms为周期,计算了电弧声的响度值,并根据电弧声的响度值检测焊缝位置。试验结果表明,两个传声器采集到的电弧声响度值可以较为准确地反映焊枪的偏差情况,证明了所设计的双耳听觉传感器在焊缝位置检测方面的可行性。A novel method for detection of weld seam position based on the binaural effect was proposed. According to the difference of the left and right transmission channel structure of arc sound caused by the deviation of the weld position,which leads to the difference of the arc sound signals received by the left and right microphones, the double ear effect principle was used to detect the weld position. The weld position sensor was designed by using ear auditory effect. The MIG welding experiments were complemented on V grooves and the welding arc sound signals under different deviations of weld seam were collected. Based on the principle of auditory perception, the auricle and middle ear transfer function was adopted to filter the weld arc sound signals collected by the two microphones. And the loudness of the welding arc sound in the period of 200 ms was calculated and was applied to detect the position of weld seam. The experiment results show that the loudness of welding arc sound collected by the two microphones can reflect the deviation of welding gun and the feasibility of the developed binaural auditory sensor is verified in the detection of weld seam.
