摘 要:目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌患者血清IL-4、ICAM1的表达情况及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法收集本科2016年11月-2019年11月临床病理诊断为口腔鳞状细胞癌的患者52例,匹配同时间段、同年龄和同性别的健康参与者52例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测2组患者的血清IL-4、ICAM1含量,χ^(2)检验比口腔鳞状细胞癌患者的IL-4、ICAM1在有无淋巴结转移患者中的差异和组织分化的特征。结果与健康者相比,患者血清的IL-4、ICAM1检出阳性率较高,分别为71%、85%。血清IL-4浓度在中低分化(71.05%)和有淋巴结转移(67.86%)的口腔鳞状细胞癌患者中较高(P=0.024),血清ICAM1浓度在中低分化(52.63%)和有淋巴结转移(64.29%)的口腔鳞状细胞癌患者中较高(P=0.027)。结论血清IL-4、ICAM1与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生、组织分化特征、淋巴结转移明显相关。Objective To investigate the expression of serum interleukin-4(IL-4) and intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM1) in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and their relationship with lymph node metastasis.Methods A total of52 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma clinically diagnosed by pathology in our department from November 2016 to November 2019 were collected,and 52 healthy participants of the same period,age and gender were matched.Serum levels of IL-4 and ICAM1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and χ^(2) was used to examine the differences of IL-4 and ICAM1 in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma with or without lymphatic metastasis and the characteristics of tissue differentiation.Results Compared with healthy subjects,the positive rates of IL-4 and ICAM1 in serum of patients were higher,which were 71% and 85%,respectively.Serum IL-4 concentration was higher in patients with intermediate and poorly differentiated oral cancer(71.05%) and lymph node metastasis(67.86%)(P=0.024),and serum ICAM1 concentration was higher in patients with intermediate and poorly differentiated oral cancer(52.63%) and lymph node metastasis(64.29%)(P=0.027).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-4 and ICAM1 are significantly correlated with the occurrence,differentiation and lymph node metastasis of OSCC.
